Literatual Study on the Genital itching.

Abstract
|
|
|
The following results were obtained.
1. Genital itching is divided with Penile itching, Scrotal eczema, Pruritus vulvae.
2. Meridian was associated with Liver, Kidney.
3. The main causes were separated with endogenous causes of disease, such as deficiency of Liver-Kidney yin (ÊÜãìëäúÈ), deficiency of spleen-stomach energy (Þ¡êÖúÈ), deficiency of Kidney yang (ãìåÕúÈ) and exogenous causes of disease, such as evils of wetness and heat blended to and attack the lower warmer (ã¥æðù»ñ¼), invasion of wind-wetness (ù¦ã¥èâöÕ), cold-wetness of lower warmer (ù»õ¥ùÎã¥) and so, was mostly related with exo-endogenous combined causes.
4. The Motheds of treatment were "invigorating liver and kidney" (ÜÍÊÜãì), "invigorating the spleen and eliminate wetness-evil" (ËíÞ¡ì¦ã¥), "warming kidney and restore yang" (è®ãìð¾åÕ), "clearing away heat and expel wind-evil" (ôèæðáÂù¦), "warming the meridian and expel cold-evil" (è®Ìèß«ùÎ).
5. The prescriptions were related with éÌÓÅÞáÊÜ÷·,çéîÝߤ,üÀúìÏÌù¦÷· etc. in exogenous causes and ÏýÞ¡÷·, ë»Ú«ò¢üÜ÷·, ø¢Ú«ò¢üÜ÷· etc. in endogenous causes.
